Only two days till the Tour the France commences. Here is a new ambigram for the occasion.

The letters cooperated nicely for this ambigram—the ou/nc conversion was a natural. No fancy tricks were required, giving the ambigram a simple and balanced look. I particularly like how the word 'de' is smaller and has a lower baseline, clearly separating it from the other words.

I received a short critique of this ambigram by email from none other than John Langdon. His comments inspired me to improve a few details. Note the reworked T, shifted baselines and shorter d/r.

Wow! Really nice ambigram! Very neat. I didn't have to strain much to read the words & that is what makes it really good I believe.
