With great regret I heard yesterday that the Nagfa Ambigram Challenge (NAC) has concluded its final edition. This challenge, organized by Naguib & Fadilah at http://nagfa.blogspot.com, was an invitation to all ambigram enthusiasts to submit their ambigram solutions for a predetermined phrase or theme. I recommend taking a look at the contest archives, which provide a nice overview of the various entries by artists from all over the world.
I'm especially sad to see this contest disappear already, because its last edition about Leonardo da Vinci was the first I participated in myself. I would have gladly participated in the future. Below are my two entries for this last NAC (click for high resolution).

With the NAC discontinued I hope someone else will take the initiative to host a similar contest.
